About Local Healthcare Marketing

A founder-led Florida marketing agency built for healthcare practices that want a partner, not a vendor.

Why we exist

Why we built Local Healthcare Marketing

Most healthcare marketing agencies are designed around their own scaling, not their clients’ growth. They sign as many practices as they can. They run the same playbook for everyone. They optimize for retention, not for results. The med spa down the street, your direct competitor, is on the same agency’s roster, getting the same recommendations, bidding against you on the same keywords.

We saw that pattern over and over and decided to build the opposite. One practice per specialty per Florida metro. Operations-first work, not just ad campaigns. AI deployed where it actually moves the needle, not as a marketing buzzword. Founder-led engagements, not handoffs to junior account managers the moment you sign.

The result is an agency that can only grow by entering new markets, not by stacking competitors in the same market. That alignment is what makes the work different.

Founder

Meet Kerwayne Bradbery

Kerwayne Bradbery is the founder of Local Healthcare Marketing. His background spans university teaching (MIT), serial entrepreneurship across multiple industries, and a long-running passion for branding, design, and helping small business owners actually get off the ground.

His instinct to help started years before this agency existed. He tells the story of meeting a man who had bought 30 cars to launch a rental business but had no website, no domain, no CRM, no social presence — nothing to capture customers. Out of his own pocket, Kerwayne built a prototype site just to show what was possible. Watching the man’s face change when he saw his business take visual shape was the moment Kerwayne realized this was the work he wanted to do at scale.

He brings that same hands-on energy to every healthcare practice the agency engages with. You don’t talk to a sales team. You don’t get handed off to an account manager. You work directly with the founder, in weekly strategy sessions, with full transparency on what’s being built and why.

Throughout 2026, Kerwayne is also pursuing additional certifications in Google Ads, Google Business Profile, branding, and generative AI — building the credential stack that backs the work the agency is already delivering for clients.

Mission, vision, values

What we believe

Mission

To build the marketing operating system that lets Florida healthcare practices grow without sacrificing patient care, operational sanity, or compliance.

Vision

A category-defining healthcare marketing agency that proves the exclusive territory model works at scale — one practice per specialty per metro, across every market we enter.

Values

Our approach

How we are different

Founder-led, not handed-off

Most agencies promise founder access during sales and deliver junior account managers after you sign. We do the opposite — Kerwayne is in your weekly strategy sessions, your monthly reviews, and the strategic decisions that matter. The execution team works under his direction, but the relationship is direct.

Exclusive territory partnership

One practice per specialty per Florida metro. Contractual. Not “we don’t usually” — “we will not.” When you sign, your competitors lose access to us in your market for the duration of the engagement.

Done-for-you plus coaching

Most engagements are either fully done-for-you (you don’t learn) or fully coaching (you do all the work). We offer both. We build the systems, run the campaigns, and handle the heavy lift — and we coach you and your team through it so that by the end of the 4-month engagement, you understand your marketing well enough to make informed decisions even if we part ways. Why Florida

Why we focus on Florida

Florida is one of the most demographically interesting healthcare markets in the United States. The aging population drives sustained demand for home healthcare. The wealth concentration in South Florida and the Gulf Coast supports premium aesthetic and dental practices. The seasonal snowbird influx creates predictable demand surges that reward operators who plan for them. The regulatory environment (Florida AHCA, DBPR, FIPA) requires specialized knowledge that national agencies skip.

We chose to anchor the agency in Florida because we believe being deeply local is more valuable than being broadly national. We understand the markets, the regulations, the demographics, the seasonality, and the cultural norms in a way that matters to the practices we serve. As we grow, we expand metro by metro within Florida first — Boca Raton, Delray Beach, West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Naples, then Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, Miami — before we consider expansion to other states.
