Why we publish pricing

Why most agencies hide pricing (and why we do not)

You’ve probably done it. You land on an agency website. You scroll through three pages of polished case studies. You go to find pricing — and there’s a contact form instead. You fill it out. You wait. A salesperson calls you, asks questions for 45 minutes, and finally tells you the engagement starts at “investments in the high five figures.” You hang up confused, unsure if you’re a fit, and resentful of the time you just spent.

We won’t make you do that. The investment in our 4-month engagement is published below. If those numbers don’t fit your practice, you’ll know in 30 seconds and we both save the discovery call. If they do fit, the strategy call moves straight to the actual decision: are we the right partner for you, and is your specialty + metro slot still open.

Setup

Range varies by scope. A practice that already has a strong website and brand might come in at $3,500–$4,500 for setup. A practice that needs a full brand refresh, website rebuild, GoHighLevel CRM installation, all five core automations, and a content calendar from scratch might come in at $6,000–$8,000 for month one.

Retainer

Depending on services. A practice running primarily local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization with light Google Ads management lands at the lower end. A practice running multi-channel campaigns (Google + Meta + content + social management + ongoing automation development) lands at the higher end.

Optional Retainer

Same monthly retainer range continues if you choose to keep working with us. Decision is made at the end of month 4 based on results and fit. No auto-renewal. No early termination fees.

Honesty matters here. The following are real costs to running marketing for your practice that are NOT included in our agency fees, and we will not pretend otherwise:

Ad spend (paid directly to platforms)

Google Ads, Meta Ads, and any other paid media budgets are paid by you directly to the platforms. We never run ads through our own accounts and mark up your spend. Typical Florida med spa or dental practice ad spend ranges from $2,000 to $10,000 per month, separate from our retainer.

Third-party software costs

GoHighLevel runs $97 to $497 per month depending on tier (we deploy the BAA-eligible tier for healthcare). Some practices add specialized tools for booking, payments, or analytics — those costs are visible and itemized.

Photography and video production

We don’t do in-house photo or video shoots. We can refer you to vetted local photographers and videographers in Florida who understand healthcare marketing standards. Typical investment: $500 to $3,000 for a full photo/video session covering 6 months of content.

Because every practice is at a different stage. Pricing the engagement as setup + retainer means a practice that needs a heavier build pays for the heavier build, and a practice that already has a strong foundation pays less. Flat-fee pricing forces every client into the same box and over-charges some while under-serving others.

Not for the initial 4-month engagement. The whole point of the 4-month structure is that it gives the systems enough time to install, launch, and prove themselves. Month-by-month pricing rewards short-term thinking on both sides and produces worse outcomes. After month 4, the retainer is month-by-month with 30 days notice for cancellation.

You can. We don’t have early-termination fees. You pay for the work completed and we hand over the assets — your website, your brand files, your GoHighLevel account, all your campaign data. We’d rather have an honest conversation about why it’s not working than retain a client who isn’t getting value.

Yes. The setup investment can be split across the first two months for practices that prefer that structure. Discuss on the strategy call.
