Our commitment

Local Healthcare Marketing is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our website and in doing so adhere to many of the available standards and guidelines.

Conformance status

This website aims to conform to WCAG 2.1 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) Level AA. WCAG 2.1 defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

Our website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We continue to work toward full conformance.

Accessibility features

  • Semantic HTML structure
  • Keyboard-accessible navigation
  • Alt text on all meaningful images
  • Sufficient color contrast meeting WCAG AA standards
  • Resizable text without loss of functionality
  • Clear focus indicators
  • Mobile-responsive design
  • Form labels and error messaging

Known limitations

Despite our best efforts, some content may have limited accessibility. We are working to remediate the following:

  • Some older blog posts may have inconsistent heading structure
  • Some embedded third-party content (videos, calendars) may have limited accessibility
  • Some PDF documents may not be fully accessible — alternative formats available on request
