Limited spots available. One practice per specialty per Florida metro. Application is the first step in a multi-stage selection process.
Why we use an application process
Most marketing agencies sell to anyone with a credit card. We do not. The exclusive territory model means every Florida metro can have only one med spa, one dental practice, and one home healthcare agency working with us at any given time. Once a metro slot is filled, it is closed for the duration of the engagement.
The application is how we make the selection deliberate. It captures the information we need to evaluate fit, ensures both sides have considered the partnership seriously, and signals to the practices we accept that the slot they are getting is genuinely scarce.
Most practices that apply do not get accepted. That is not a marketing tactic — it is the math of a model where each metro has one slot per specialty. Be honest with yourself about whether this is what you are looking for before you apply.
Who qualifies for the cohort
Strong fit looks like this:
- Florida-based healthcare practice (med spa, dental, home healthcare, or other healthcare specialty in our extended service list)
- Established practice (1+ year of operations) or launching with a clear funded plan
- Annual revenue of at least $500K (or projected for new practices) — supports the $5-15K monthly combined investment
- Owner is the decision-maker (or has full authority from owners)
- Willing to commit to the 4-month engagement to give the model a fair test
- Committed to operational excellence — willing to invest in front-desk training and team development, not just ads
- Comfortable with the exclusive partnership model and contractual exclusivity
Strong NOT-fit looks like this:
- Practice owned by private equity or hospital system (decision-making is not local)
- Multi-location chain with 5+ locations
- Practice under 6 months old with no revenue stability
- Looking for one-off project pricing or month-by-month commitment
- Located outside of Florida (we are Florida-focused for now)
- Looking for the cheapest agency option — we are not it
What happens after you apply
Application review (3-5 business days)
We review every application personally. Based on the information you provide, we either invite you to a discovery call or let you know we are not the right fit and explain why.
Discovery call (30 minutes)
A focused conversation about your practice, your Florida market, and the specifics of what an engagement would look like for you. Confirms metro availability, walks through pricing, and gives you a real read on fit.
Proposal and review (within 24 hours of discovery call)
A written proposal with specific scope, timeline, and pricing tailored to your practice. You get the time you need to review and ask questions before deciding.
Engagement agreement and onboarding
Signed engagement agreement, signed BAA, payment of setup investment, kickoff scheduled. Month 1 of the engagement begins.
