Why Florida metros are exclusive territories
We work with one healthcare practice per specialty per Florida metro. The Boca Raton med spa slot is separate from the Delray Beach med spa slot, separate from the Fort Lauderdale med spa slot. Each metro can have one med spa, one dental practice, one home healthcare agency, plus other specialty practices we work with selectively.
This model means our growth comes from entering new metros rather than stacking competitors in existing ones. Practices we work with get the entire benefit of our market intelligence and operational capacity in their metro.
